Hostel Sol - Dubrovnik

The value for the money was great and the room was comfortable and well-equipped. The location was convenient, close to the bus station and supermarket, and the staff at Sol were helpful and kind.

Breakfast offerings could be improved, maybe add a wider variety of options.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hostel in Dubrovnik! the reception lady was so friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our luggage early and use the common area while our laundry was being done. the room was spacious, modern, and had a stunning sunset view. the facilities were all new and up-to-date, and the location was extremely convenient, with easy access to the port, supermarket, bus stop, and plenty of food and bar options nearby. Highly recommended for young holiday goers like us!

sol was even better than last time. staff were super helpful, the renovated rooms were comfy with great amenities. we loved the view, security, and breakfast options. great location near bus station & markets, easy access to old town with local buses. couldn't ask for more.

Noisy room.

The best thing about my Easter stay was the fantastic breakfast spread. There was a wide variety of options to choose from, including scrambled eggs, French toast, fresh fruits, and more. It was a delicious and satisfying start to the day. I loved the fact that the hotel was located within walking distance of the main bus station. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city and also made our arrival and departure hassle-free. Finally, one more advantage that I enjoyed was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always ready to assist us with any queries or requests we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

That the hotel was a bit far from the old town. there were also bus stops nearby, so we could easily take a bus if we didn't feel like walking.

Great location near the Marina with easy access to public transportation. Big and comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms. Breakfast was included and was delicious.

Some noise from passing cars and motorcycles during the night which made it difficult to sleep. Also, the cleaning staff started early in the morning and were quite loud, making it hard to get some extra sleep.

That the air conditioner in the room didn't work very well, and we felt a bit cold at night. the door in the toilet couldn't be closed properly due to a design problem.

This hostel was an absolute gem! the rooms were modern, spacious, and clean, with secure wardrobes and mini safes. There were plenty of power points and even a full-length mirror. the hostel had a hotel-like atmosphere with only one floor dedicated to dorms, while the rest of the building housed double and single rooms. the common area/reception was comfortable and inviting. the highlight was the huge terrace with breathtaking views of the harbor and sunset. As a solo traveler, I loved the convenience of the location near the port and bus station, with easy access to the old town. the hostel staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. this hostel exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to go back.

We were really surprised by the private free parking at the hostel, made our visit stress-free. The location is excellent, just a short bus ride away from the Old Town, and the bus stop is conveniently close to the hotel. The staff were great too accommodate us with early check-in, which we greatly appreciated. We will definitely return to Sol.

The room was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. The view from the room towards the port and sunset was pleasant. The staff was nice and welcoming. There was underground parking, which is important in this city. The location was convenient for cruises and access to the islands, and it was close to a bus stop for the city center. The breakfast was good and served in another nearby hotel.
